Went to visit a small airport about 20 miles from Canada
Wanted to go to Canada instead of back to Seattle
Decided Seattle was where I belonged after all

Cooked a really nice big dinner

Have a busy day tomorrow and hope I can get all accomplished

Today my sister and I worked on creating centerpieces for her wedding reception.

1. My fingers were flying even faster than usual today--and apparently stuff like that pays off, since I have people tell me all of the time how much my boss likes/appreciates me.

2. Tomorrow is special for several reasons.

3. I like this new me, a lot.

1. Was 150 calories below my daily limit -- for the first time in about a week
2. Worked out...hard
3. Made a sales script/aid that one of the sales people RAVED about

Woke up feeling rather dizzy

Took daughter back to photography studio for reshoots

went to the "meat market" and found some really great bargains on some meat

I look forward to the day I can show my family that I lost weight without surgery and that they likely could do the same thing if they would just try.

I'm anxious to see what raises and bonuses will look like in a month.

I'd like to get away next month for a few days and need to start looking for somewhere to go.

1. It has been more years than I can count since I had flowers delivered on Valentine's Day, so I was more than shocked this morning.

2. The three solid days of exercise I had prior to today apparently have really paid off.

3. I feel, well, lucky.

1. Something happened yesterday morning that reminded me of how strong I am.

2. My S/O is STILL playing with his birthday "toys," two days later. :D

3. Positive changes keep happening, and I couldn't be happier.

1. Worked late at a co-workers house, planning how to rehabilitate our sales grou (or lay them off). Drank too much scotch in the process.

2. Got a sweet sad note from Mr. Osuche, who also seems to be feeling reflective this week

3. FInished my finance homework (mostly) so I may treat myself to a night without homework...of course, I'll likely be at work until late so who can tell?

1. Had coffee with some friends.
2. Had a good nap.
3. Had some time here at Pixies.

Not too bad for a Thursday. :)

2. I had some fun plans tonight but the weather intervened. I'm still having fun, tho'!

3. I did not know fish change colour when they eat!!! Dan bought cool lights for the fish tanks & I watched their bellies, tails & eyes change when he fed them! How did I not know this about fish before?

I started the day off in an incredibly cranky manner.

I've finally realized ... and believe in creating my own opportunities.

Disgruntled can be fun when surrounded by the right people.

My life is right where I want it to be and I couldn't be any happier.

It's casual day, and I love these jeans - well except that they don't fit right at the waist.

I'm shocked that osuche referred to me as an optimist, I'm typically the furthest thing from optimism - but positive self talk can have it's effects.

Realizing the world does not revolve around only you, and fingers aren't always pointed in your direction is a highly empowering feeling.

Been in a good mood all day

I realized today that I have a momentous battle on my hands to make people understand that my lost boys have every right to be educated as do student who are capable of typical behavior.

I showed two boys how to use the stair well as a fort. Imagine never having a place to have secrets.

I dressed up tonight and felt sexy. These are great pants.

1. My children have received an education today.

2. I spent nearly 3 hours last night doing something pretty much on the spur of the moment, but I hope it's something he remembers.

3. I hope someone can remember he is an adult and that children are best left out of the adult world in many instances.

I slept in all alone and it was pretty nice

Slept more last night than I have in awhile --up only once!! Thank you Jesus!!!!

I cooked a nice roast

I had time to be on Pixies
I found out I had a dead battery in my car
I got the car jumped and drove over and got a new battery for it

I went to class and learned something about stock investing...now if I could figure out how to make money in the stock market!

Mr. Osuche comes home tomorrow night, and I can't wait! I've missed him....8 whole days away.

I have a lot of work and school stuff to do, but I think my stress level has hit the boiling point and I *might* just blow it all off for now.

Hubby helped me out with baby so I got to sleep in until almost 10!!!!

Received a call from another friend and heard all about their new baby.

1. I was not happy at all with my boss this morning.

2. Getting out of the office for three hours did me some good.

3. I hope I can survive four more days of the "Death Trap" here at work, where everyone--and I do mean EVERYONE--working around me is walking death.
