The little mini blizzard was a bizarre occurence to me - but I've been thinking a lot about how I wish it would just be a stretch of winter without all the spring teases.

I didn't accomplish much at all today - and don't really care either.

I purchased a much needed furnace filter tonight, but am really not sure if it's facing the "right" way -nor does it appear to matter.

I've been darn productive today, and my body and mind ache because of it.

I received a compliment about my children today which made me smile.

I'm a bit unsettled by something.

1. Had a busy day at work, and I spent a LOT of time talking at the company meeting

2. Worked out like a fiend again

3. Had dinner with a very good friend who's moving to CT. I will miss him and his partner. :( VERY much

Sometimes they put arrows on the side of the filters. The arrows indicate the direction of airflow. :)

1.) He surprised me in his own little way, and that put
a big smile on my face. :)

2.) I can't believe how much I have accomplished in the last 8 months.

3.) I am blessed in everyway I can think of... and thankful for that.

1. Apparently I looked skinny today, judging from the compliments I kept getting. :D

2. I got a glimpse this afternoon of what life will be like in the future, and it made my heart smile.

3. I work with crazy, cool and awesome people.

2. I kept my food in control today, can't say the same for my emotions and opinions.

3. I'm highly tempted to take a spontaneous trip to no where special - soon!

I confronted a family member that upset me yesterday

I love that I seem to be "growing up" and standing up for myself now.

1. I ate too much today and that depresses me

2. I have way too much work and too little time

3. I feel sad...for no reason except that I helped someone loose a little innocence today

1. I don't expect drastic losses at tomorrow morning's weigh-in, if any. I'm learning to come to grips with that.

2. I found a part of me tonight I'd not really realized was missing inside.

made some calls about school and future plans
mopped the floor finally --- i hate doing it, half of our house is ceramic tile

Had coney island hot dogs for supper (ya gotta bust the diet every now and then)

Drove home with my sun roof open (hey that's a big deal in Seattle this winter)

Had another visit to the torture chamber to get accupuncture

Finally got a new schedule nailed down.
Began walking dogs twice a day.
Mentally noted more ideas for a book.

1. It was a rather interesting day at work today, so much so that I'm not sure what to think about it, really.

2. I've been here six months now. Time flies, etc., ad nauseum.

A guy on my street had four bulletts shot at him today.
The police have had my street blocked off since then
I caught the first part of the plate number and model of car.
