May he rest in peace.

I was hoping to hear better news than that. :tear:
Me too!
Herre's some better news: An orphaned manatee calf has been rescued, and is being cared for by Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park: https://www.upi.com/Odd_News/2021/0.../9611630692451/

That is good news. Thanks!

If you get a chance, you might want to watch William Shatner (Capt Kirk of the Starship Enterprise) ride in to space as the oldest man (90) to ever go into space. It's on YouTube. He flew on the 2nd flight (other then test flights) of Blue Origin's new rocket. He was very awed and emotional and grateful for the chance.
He was indeed, although I am still leery of Bezos waving around his giant space penis.
Gotta admit, though, that he's taking risk with someone on board as high profile as Shatner.
What was the line from Toy Story? "Rockets explode!" just sayin'
I wonder how much the Star Track Corp (rerun division) contributed to the cost and what they did to get Shatner to go along with it. :roflmao:
Hey, PF, how's it going?
You ask a couple of pretty good questions. |
In other news, for some reason, the new movie about the book series "Dune" (of which the movie appears to be only the first half of the first book) seems to be getting overall good ratings.
My son mentioned that and told me it would be a two-film release.
The first Dune was a very good movie. Saw it a couple of times. |
