When was the last time you fasted for an entire day?

Yikes ... I don't remember ever fasting for 24-hours. I did 12-hours before surgery a couple years ago and eight hours about every quarter when I get my blood tests. But 24-hours. I don't remember that.

Funny you should ask that...I was just saying on Saturday that I want to do it again sometime soon. Last time...I think I was 10.


When was the last time you had a pleasant memory about a relative long past?

Just the other day ... hmmm ... Saturday, I think ... an uncle of mine who's been gone now for probably almost 40 years.

WWTLT you put bread crumbs out for the birds?

I tossed out some seeds & nuts a few days ago. I like to see the birds hopping around the balcony. A squirrel visited the discarded dog food bag in the recycling bin the other morning.

Two days ago. Most every day we seem to have the Turner Classic Movie channel on, except for yesterday. Love the old movies.

LMAO. About 2 months ago. Our Dean of the school is an ex politician.

Last year.......... I vote every year.
