I topped off in East Peoria, IL today for $2.63/gal. and see that it is now $2.77/gal. here in my town. :(
Fill-up at O'Hare Plaza was $2.79/gal. (not the $7.00/gal. they charge 1/4 miles up the street.) :roflmao:
Ours at Walmart here is still $2.59 ($2.56 with the discount). Yet, 20 minutes up the road, the prices are in the mid $2.70s. Go figure.

Fairbury, Ill was $2.68
Saw $2.59 last night when we went to dinner with a number of couples we know.

$2.53 yesterday! :)
Why am I smiling ... I remember when I thought $1 was too much. :( Oh well, it's better than $3.20 or more! :) |
Jumped from $2.59 this morning to $2.75 this evening
I paid $2.52 a couple of days ago... add it to the list of benefits with my relocation.
$2.60/gal. today in a small town about 20 mi. east of here. Funny thing, on the west side of town it was $2.70. I must've gotten there before they could raise the price. Good thing I was driving all the way thru town. :)
$2.75 yesterday. Sure jumped on Thursday. Most stations are at $2.78 or $2.79. :(
$2.85/gal. today for me. :(
Hmmmm, don't suppose the word "hurricane" has anything to do with the rising prices do you? :banghead: |
