When was the last time you played host for a family get together?

Christmas Eve. Was just our boys and us but it was our most recent get together.

WWTLT you shoveled snow from your sidewalk and/or driveway?

The winter before last. :D I'm done with that crap! Even though I had 2-1/2 car garage for many decades I never had a car in it. Always a 'shop', 'warehouse' or something. Now I press the button, the door opens and I drive out. My operator's license for the snow brush has expired. :rofl:

WWTLT you watched somebody ELSE shovel your sidewalk?

Yesterday when my son went out to shovel the new we had (maybe 3"). Made me proud of him. :thumbs:

When was the last time you watched live theatre?

It's been a few years ago now. We used to go to a corn stock theatre near us every now and then, and went to see several events at the Peoria Civic Center ... and, of course, school programs when our kids were small. Haven't gone recently, though. Gives me an idea to ponder. :)

About 3 years ago to a training class in Florida.


When was the last time you attended a political rally?

I don't know that I've actually even been to a political rally. Nearest this was a victory celebration for a newly elected Governor in Louisiana when I just happened to walk by the hotel he was at in New Orleans and he was on the balcony waving to his supporters. That's been a couple of decades ago ... but it was interesting. It was in the French Quarter.

When was the last time you voted for a party's slate of candidate instead of considering each individual on their own merits.

It's been a while since he (Our cat, Stud) passed away a couple of years ago. :( We buried him in our back yard next to our previous cat, Pokey, with a small statue of a kitty marking their graves.

Yesterday. A friend had me do some work on my computer for them and she was pleased with the results.

Gosh ... don't quite remember but I think two years ago at a nephew's wedding.

My diets have tended to be "everything in moderation," although I do try to keep sugar input to a minimum (diabetes).

Depending upon what constitutes charitable work in the community, I work with boys each week (Cub & Boy Scouts) and I volunteer for various parish functions.

Been a long time. Made it to midnight a few times but I don't remember the last time I made it all night. Of course, I do often get up very early and post here at Pixies but even then it's not quite an all night affair. :shrug:

Probably three years ago when I was recovering from a surgery.

June. Life can be hectic!


When was the last time you visited your in-laws?

I'm afraid both my parents and hers are gone ... but most of the family got together in June for a cruise on the Spirit of Peoria. After that we went a camp grounds by the Illinois River where we cooked out and had a great time just visiting. (Plus getting to see all our grandkids, nieces and nephews)

WWTLT you went "out of state" on a trip?

At the beginnning of June we went on a cruise from Seattle to Alaska, and back. Alaska is wildly beautiful.


When was the last time you purchased a computer?

Maybe 5 years ago. I really need to get a new one and hopefully will in the near future.
