I've been asked to read the lyrics of a song at the memorial service for my friends daughter who died last year. I'm so honored but have no fucking idea how I will keep my shit together.

School starts for me tomorrow. I have 2 semesters (3 classes now and 2 in the Spring) until I'll have my Masters and it looks like 2 unis want me to adjunct.

Tomorrow I am producing for a Collaborate meeting for like 80 people. It is all the head honchos at the non-profit I work for and I have never produced before. I am bringing my whip.

The hard one is the memorial service. Be professional, read loud and strong and be a rock for her parents. After you've done what you need to do, go round the corner and cry your heart out.

The other two are relatively easy.

Nothing can be worse than the day it happened so I will buck up buttercup!

I just woke up.

Not sure I really want to go to work today.

I've done about 50 hours a week for the past three weeks, and I'm going for a fourth if I can get it.

I gave my first eulogy.

I did a research project last year with a student with autism and was compensated with $$ to spend on my class. The 3 iPads I ordered came in today and they found an additional $400 that was owed to me so I will buy a 4th with $$ left over to put on an itunes card for Apps! The teacher who has taken my class over was ecstatic!

It's early-morning-meeting day.
We've got to run into Peoria this morning.
