Probably because the maker of the 'other' one provides bigger kickbacks to the insurance company.

Getting blown off (ignored) by YET another company, even though I have experience in that work environment!!!!

My only day I can really sleep in and I've been woken up twice since 4 AM. The first time was from the child, only took me an hour to fall back asleep. The 2nd was from the cat 20 minutes ago. I'm thinking a pet door in the bedroom door would be a good idea.
