Well, for his age he still is a fine looking man and with the high power that comes from being mayor of a whole town who can blame the girls for setting their sights on him.

At least he's open-minded and I'm thinking he should be able to stifle Mrs. Bitters complaints.

I hope he does, because she is always complaining about something and, he couldn't help shooting his load when he did.

I suppose though, that his aim could have been a bit better.

That's okay, because the bill for cleaning the sofa wasn't as large as first feared.

Personally, I always thought he should have used slip covers on that sofa.
