Was 2.82 when I went to work and thought I would stop after work, bad idea, I had to pay 2.99. :(

Wouldn't you think we'd all learn from that one? I mean hell, I've done that at least 50 times and I get pissed each damn time. Why is it we always pass it up in the morning and then take it right up the wazzoo later on in the day? It's not like we don't know it's probably going to happen.

If over $4.00/gal is good enough for the Canadians and the Europeans, then by God it'll be good enough for the US of A!

$2.89 a gal. today, but with the refinery fire earlier this week prices are looking to go up!

sodaklostsoul 05-03-2007 08:16 PM

Most places around here went yesterday to $3.25 but one place close to us was $2.97 this AM. :D

dicksbro 05-04-2007 03:18 AM

$3.19 yesterday afternoon. :(

Have you guys heard of the effort to "NOT BUY GASOLINE ON THE 15th" as a way of protesting the gasoline prices. It's suggested that based on the average cost to refuel a vehicle and the number of possible internet user contacts ... it could be as much as a $3 billion dollar message to the oil companies. True, it's only a day ... but, who knows, it's more than were getting from our elected representatives. :(
