That makes you one of the lucky ones … although counting Thursday (1/2 hour from now :)), it was nice having my wife home yesterday and she will be again Thursday. :D

Well, the break in the cold sent my wife back to work and returned me to my family chauffeur job. At least the cold abated enough so my fingers and nose didn't freeze or break off.

Yesterday just kept getting nicer and I ended up washing the car. With the snow melting it probably won't stay clean for long, but at least the salt is off for now.

With such a nice weekend, I kinda hate to see the new week start. Rainy today and then cooling down again (although not as bad as last week … thank heavens).

Back to the Salt Mines today!

Looks like a "Freezing rain advisory for this afternoon into tomorrow morning." This is one time I wouldn't mind the weathermen being wrong. I hate ice on roads and sidewalks.

It makes the commute even more enjoyable. :rolleyes2
