2nd week of football (American)


Boxing came on after football

We had good friends come visit from Ohio and they spent the night. Was great conversation.

Went to a friend's housewarming party. Everyone there was drunk or high except for me.

Watching Sideways and relaxing.

Some of the bestest fun I ever had was staying sober/straight & riding the contact high of the people around me...

Had dinner w/wife's aunt & uncle, the only family she's still on speaking terms with...it was fun anyway, even when the discussion turned to what a bastard her dad is.

#2 son is out babysitting for the second night in a row.

Third day of fucking the laziness bug and re-stocking my larder gradually. There won't be any takeout dinners or work lunches being done for a long while when I'm through. No more wasting money on takeouts. I'll keep loading up with staples until the shelves are all full and freezer is fulla meat and frozen veggies.

Made a BBQ steak and leftover sushi rice dinner. Left me so very satisfied.

Drinking red wine since it's cool out now. It was a good decision, not going out tonight.

1) Our daughter in Indianapolis just delivered our 8th grandchild last night at around 11PM. No details yet, the baby was a few weeks early and they have in in an Isolette this morning to help it breath. Hopefully we'll learn more today!
2) I'm still tired after a very busy yesterday. Working at our Fall Festival then getting together with family for a dinner out followed by the news of the new grandchild.
3) Another busy morning planned for this morning helping at church.

congrats to the 'new' grandparents.

The smell of rain

1) Had my annual this am and all seems well
2) Got a nice email from an old friend i hadn't heard from in eons
3) I'm tired..............

1. I just smiled seeing ^^^^^^^^him on top of me. :)

2. I went to the Atlanta Home Show today and learned even more about what I want in my new dream home.

3. My feet are aching and my sweetie just promised me a complete body rub. God I love him!!!! :love:

I was feeling pretty good when I got up this a.m., till I had to clean up the old dog because he crapped himself again during the night.

I was immediately angry & depressed, cause I thought I had gotten his digestive issues under control; he's 17 yrs old, & I'm depressed cuz I'm afraid I'll have to have him put down now...I so want him to just go to sleep some nite & not wake up (when he's ready to go).

Went to work in spite of my sore back, hoping to take my mind off of Lucky dog; it helped, but I was a cranky bitch all day, & Nashville drivers see Friday+rain as a chance to take stupid up a to a new level :ranting: :car:

I'm hoping to get a call from the animal shelter today telling me my application went through to adopt a kitty!!!

The men in the house are off to the Marilyn Manson concert tonight. My first night alone in this house, whatever shall I do???

I got up early to go to a "Giant flea market" and got there and there were only 7 tables. Not quite "giant"!!!
