It's my first day back at work since last week and I barely feel like I've been gone.

My weekend away was fun, but I must admit..."No matter what I might seem like tonight, it's still the same old me from yesterday you wind up with tomorrow."

We went downtown for cup of Dancing Goat and a dish of Ben & Jerry's, and sat outside watching the college kids come and go.

Her boyfriend came over for dinner and good grief he talks more than my kid does. :D

I hit Staples this morning to pick up a box of my favorite pens. You know what office supplies do to me. :D

I am trying to clean my house. I have the whole thing opened up and it's 64 degrees. I'm burning a lot of candles in an effort to rid the house of the closed up AC feeling we get all summer.

I will be out of school W-F to go to a training workshop. The district has decided I should be a person who teaches others how to man-handle kids. Bonus: they will pay my hourly to teach the classes $$$$ Drawback: I have to leave my class for 3 days :pandemonium:

It's shitty weather today and it's my day off.

I have been in a severe rut for the past two months and I am going to get off my ass and end it today, despite the shitty weather.

I might even go see a movie. I haven't been in a theater since July. Having a computer that takes care of all my media needs as long as I stay inside can be a dangerous crutch.

I'm awaiting a phone call today regarding my youngest kid and hopefully getting him assessed.
