#1 Today at 6:00pm I hit the road for the Keys!!!! (I know I don't post too much ~Newbie~ but in case you miss me I'll be back on the 21st)

#2 I absolutely love my outfit today!! I feel like the cutest tomboy in the world!!! I have on baby blue converse all stars, my favorite comfy jeans and my vintage 1980 adidas shirt that is navy and baby blue!!!!

#3 I have given up on my hair.... I have now decided that drying it with the difuser and making it look like a crazy afro is the way to go...since it's going to do that anyway!!!



oh yeah...and I'm listening to Bela Fleck and the Flecktones....that alone could put anyone in a great mood!!

1. At the cleaning stage of the new house. Someone said, "Thank god for lowrise jeans, first there was plumbers butt, now there is cleaners butt.", as I was scrubbing the kitchen floor, on my hands and knees like Cinderella!:D

2. My little guy's two new favorite words...."I want!":rolleyes:

3. Met another set of neighbors, who seem very nice!

1. I just completed the 12 hour annual Relay for Life benefiting the American Cancer Society.

2. I walked 10 miles in 11 hours, My feet hurt.. BIG blisters... BUT.. it was a worthwhile event.

3. On several occassions during the walking I thought of my fellow pixie members... assumed that many here have been touched by this terrible disease (both directly and indirectly) and said a silent prayer in honor of all thost that have.

1~ It's spring clean up day at my house...if hubby ever decides to get out of bed, anyway!

2~ I've been making plans for my summer road trip all morning.

3~ I'm in a really good mood today :D

(((((jenna))))))...indeed, it's touched my family...TY, from my mother and my niece...mom passed at 54 and niece passed at 5 months (not from the cancerous tumor on her spine, but from weakened condition which resulted in other various ailments, brought on by the chemotherapy she required from 1 month of age)...

1) Going to Home Depot (again) today.

2) Painting our "tin" roof, to match our shutters.

3) Waiting for home appraiser to call and set up appointment.

Seems rather blah compared to what jenna did today!

1) Mr. Lil must be sexed up really good cause he woke up and offered to go get me fresh bagels and coffee [_]D

2) I have the house completely torn up, sorting and organizing with my kids. It's a danger zone.

3) A week from today I'll be leaving on vacation, and I am trying to get the gist of how to play Texas Hold 'em before then.

1) OK...so we only got the roof prepped yesterday. Today we paint it! Geezzzzz...the sanding sucked! But...we got the trim around the windows painted so it was a nice day anyway!

2) Gonna finally put a new roof on the outhouse. Should only take about an hour and two arguments with hubby till we finish! LOL! We argue about every project we do together...then kiss and stand back and look at it and go...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

3) Then we get to paint it! Arrggggggg! I work harder on the weekend than I do...um...nevermind. Strike that comment. This is for love...not money! No comparison!

1. Feeling so damn thankful for a day of peace and no arguements.

2. Thinking "OMG, I think he really does love me!"

3. Spending time with a friend, enjoying the events in the area and knowing that here is a person who doesn't "have to", but loves me anyway.

1. Still didn't get enough sleep

2. Won first place at National Car show

3. Drove 2 1/2 hours home

1. Got my bridesmaid's dress in for one of the weddings I'm in this fall. It has a sexy low cut back! Too bad there won't be sexy men at this wedding...

2. I'm anxiously looking forward to a short week at work, having Wed. off for my bday and then taking Fri for a 3 day weekend!

3. I spent some quality time with my brother today, we had fun and no fighting!

1. Wondering if September will ever come.

2. Feeling a bit tired.

3. Knowing what it is to be loved.

The munchkin and I got to have lunch with hubby today

I'm in a super good mood :D

One more shift then I'm off for 12 days...whoooo!

Worked really hard at the office
Came home to spend my lunch hour with him
Talked on the phone to a good friend.

1. My children start a new day care today while I'm working, and they're both pretty anxious about it.

2. I'm wondering when my work schedule will get back to normal, between day care issues and t-ball games and practice.

3. I told kleclere that, since Saturday was the three-month anniversary of when we moved in together, we were now out of the "probationary period" and he was now a permanent, not temporary, employee. :D

1) Went to a very depressing business meeting this morning about a project that is really behind schedule.

2) Ran into a dear friend whom I haven't seen in a while.

3) I am just getting over a cold. It is soooo wonderful to be able to BREATHE AGAIN!!!!

1. Knowing that I'm a wimp and not liking it at all!

2. Knowing that he is anything BUT a wimp, and being infinitely
grateful for that fact.

3. Longing to whisper something in his ear.

1. Upset to hear about my brother wanting to get married so young.
2. Thoght he stopped loving me for one second today. (man that second lasted forever)
3. Went cruisin in my car with the windows down and hair blowin and radio blastin.....

1. A little tired, slept on the couch all night.

2. Feeling happier than yesterday.

3. Looking forward to good things to come.

1. Went to an awesome concert last night so I woke up talking about it and acting out every bit of it to hubby. (prob driving him nuts)

2. Kleclere and I have had a wonderful, quiet weekend with no responsibilities, although we've managed to keep super-busy.
