Old ancient Greek thing was to keep everything closely shaved from the neck down I think.

Perhaps they thought removing the hair made them more attractive.

Quite possibly that it just made them more sensitive and amorous!

That'd be nice, but keeping up with current events is tough enough.

Up here in Washington, I sometimes think the ancient Greeks could be considered a part of the "current events".
