~ Went to the store to stock up so the cupboards won't be bare during the next few days of snow. (And you're sure you love this stuff Neige?)

~ On the way to the store, I stopped to take a kitty off of the highway that had apparently been run over last night. Broke my heart. :(

~ Bought a paperback that should keep me busy for a little bit: The Scarlatti Inheritnace by Robert Ludlum.

My guitar is not as sick as I thought it was.

Had a great lunch with a friend.

My Achilles tendon is ripping, and it hurts like a bitch. And it's 2 weeks until I see the orthopedist.

- It was hectic for three hours when I got into work today, mostly thanks to the new deadlines imposed a few weeks ago.

- I'm about to go and check out the first of the apartments I've gotten replies to. I wish it wasn't so deathly dark outside.

- I would love nothing more than to lose my mind completely in something deeply erotic, sumptuously sensual and lewdly porny tonight, just so my mind can feel good in its more comfortable element instead of being perched on the edge of needling anxiety and depression.

- For some reason the A/C is on at my office and it's fucking freezing...and it's making me piss-miserable as if the cold outside wasn't bad enough on my brain right now.

- Didn't hear back from a listing I really wanted to check out as of yet.

- Was going to go out to a friend's bar/restaurant tonight to say hello, but decided against it for being practical. I'll be going down there after my company holiday party this Friday anyway, and I need to save the money for a new weekly MetroCard.

I wear my Packer apparel with pride every game day and would love to pummel some random person that looks at me as if I'm committing a crime in Cowboy country.

I hate the Cowboys.

I have a love/hate relationship with rainy days. I love them, but hate that my neighbor stays home with her cement boots on rainy days.

Turns out I'm not going to get the Xmas present I wanted (a shed) after all; the yard just won't work with it.

Helped fix a "Santa" breakfast for the children in our church.
Cleaned ice off my car.
Salted our sidewalk and driveway.

The key to the one I wanted was the windows--lots of 'em. The smaller ones don't have much in the way of windows. So I'll be staying in the garage. I pouted awhile while I cleaned up out there, hammered a few nails, and I feel better about it. And I feel zero guilt about the new band saw I just got. So that's something. :)

I had a day of eating, sleeping, and studying. If it weren;t for the studying I'd be damn sure I was regressing to infant stage :rofl:
