No. I knew some people that did where I retired from and they went on extended leave. (They were fired.) It would have been tempting, though. They used to have a goofy rule that said you had to work 4-hours overtime to get paid and I know a lot of people that sat around drinking coffee to fill in the four hours when they could have left after one.
