1. It looks like my sister, after four months, will finally have work, at least on a contract basis. I am much relieved.

2. I am giving up something tonight that I really once enjoyed doing, only because others have made it not enjoyable to me anymore. It saddens me.

3. I am feeling very much loved and wanted.

1) Had a rough day at work today...am sooo glad it is Friday!

2) There is snow on the ground...guess I am off the hook for cutting the grass for a while!

2. I went a bit further in physio today but am feeling it tonight.

1. Had an exhausting day at work, TGIF!

2. Had a very demanding old lady thank me profusely for caring about her and being such a nice girl!

3. Flirted some more at work today.

1) I worked like a crazy person to get some work done for school and am basically done with some really big projects! Feels good!

2) I felt so dirty watching a cam ho today;)

3) We are putting all new flooring in my house and it is a serious hell hole at the mo'.

1. They sent me home from work early, for being sick

2. Three fun boys called me today, and i couldn't meet any of them, again cuz i was sick

3. I suffered without the aid of drugs b/c my OB won't let me have any thing good for the pain

1. Feeling good about my job interview tomorrow.
2. Looking forward to perhaps picking up a nice outfit for the interview tomorrow.
3. Getting tempted to wake Tyler up so we can hit the mall.

1) Wish I was in Florida right now with some friends and the sun.

2) My mother-in-law left this morning...that God for that! *whew*

3) Started running and lifting again...am now up to 3 miles per day!

1) I wish I was on my way downtown to meet a friend for lunch but you know what they say about best laid plans ;)

2) The flooring is getting laid so slow, but so did I last night~yummmm!

3) I am off to go play, gonna take my demon spawns to the movies today:D

1. I have refused to play peacemaker this weekend. It is a big step for me in asserting my wants and needs.

2. I got a new bed in the bedroom--and had tremendous fun initiating it last night. ;)

3. Karaoked Friday night for the first time in months and had a blast, even if I sang some songs not on my standard list. :D

3. Returning to my regular job tomorrow after almost a month off. Hope this interview goes well so I can give notice soon! I'd miss my co-workers and the evening shift that makes it easy to get to physio but I wouldn't miss the customers!

1. Played golf for only the second time this year yesterday with Mr. IAKG and friends. It was fun, at least until I got tired and thought my brain would explode from the headache I had.

2. I didn't get enough sleep this weekend and I'm dragging today.

3. I woke up in my favorite way this morning.

1. Became the designated cat puke cleaner because someone would be late for work if he did it (right).
2. Avoiding the fact that I've got to go to work.
3. Picked myself up, dusted myself off and applied for another job today (and in doing so, noticed a little typo in a cover letter I had sent last week. GAH!).

I am coming into money for my hand is itchy as hell :)

2. Found out a friend is in ICU after discovering he has cancer. :(
3. Got some new tires for our Chrysler today. :)

1. Have been feeling very overwhelmed and spread too thin in my job the last few days...it is starting to get to me.

2. Called my mom and spent a good hour and a half on the phone with her after work...her love and support really helped out tonight. I should have just driven the 10 miles home to chat!

3. I got a little bit of joy from watching Kiefer Sutherland on TV tonight.

(Keifer Sutherland is a wonderful guy & comes from a royal Canadian family ~ his grandfather started healthcare in this country)

1. The first day back to work was looooong. It was good to be back but I'm tired.
2. I was met by a man in a bathrobe when I got home.
3. There was a traffic jam of streetcars on Queen St. W. tonight for some reason but it looked really cool.

1) Took the day off so that I could take Mrs R to the doctor for some minor surgery.

2) Finally got my stinky labrador retriever to the groomer for a heavy duty bath.

3) It poured all day today...not even a ray of sun. Very depressing.

1. Had forgotten about all the crazy office politics swirling around.
2. Finally managed to do a few full revolutions on the bike today.
3. Glad physio has dowhshifted to three times a week.

1) Since my personal pedicurist is fucking off on the job:D, I am off to go get a manicure and pedicure:p

2) I am super excited about going to see Elton John again tonight!!!!

3) My floors are getting laid and next it's my turn :p

1. I have had an awesome evening goofing off with my sister. It is times like these that remind me how much I miss the little twerp.

2. I'm trying to steel myself up for the invasion of relatives tomorrow to my sister's tiny house.

3. I've been childless for about 20 hours now--and it's been great. :D

1. Enjoyed goofing off with another disgruntled co-worker at work yesterday.

1. My best friend came home from Milwaukee today, so we went out for lunch and then she came over to my place where we gabbed all afternoon!

2. I put together my first Xmas tree for my apartment tonight!

3. I'm mad that I missed the weather report, because it's supposedly going to snow tomorrow! :eek:

1) Put my yard equipment away for the season today...felt gooood to do it!

2) Started getting ready for a two week vacation away from home

3) Watched football today and drank beer...yeah!

1. Had the best, long phone conversation with two people I'm very glad are in my life.

2. Sang to someone special.

3. Realized that I don't have to give birth to someone to consider them my child, too.

1. Have a really long 'to do' list.

2. Need some sleep.

3. Very happy with my friends!

1. Getting a touch tired, but need to stay awake for an hour so I can wake my wife when she asked me to.

My discoveries today after having spent a long day dealing with unpleasantries

1) Some people are really horrible parents.

2) In the grand scheme of things, petty bullshit is inconsequential.

3) There are sad unhappy people in this world and I have to accept that and wish them well and just get on with it.

1. I learned this morning that there's always something or someone that can surprise you, and not necessarily always in a good way.

2. It's damn cold outside.

3. Sometimes it's okay to not like your life.

I have found the joy in paying a kid to shovel my sidewalk.
I discovered the prices sure have gone up since my kids did it.
I realized that I still love the snow when I am inside looking out.

1. I'm kinda nervous about my doctor's appointment this morning, but anxious to get it over with.

2. I woke up with a headache. I *hate* that.

3. Sometimes I'm reminded of how special the people in my life are when I least expect it.

1. I didn't really get to do anything I wanted to today, but that was okay.

2. I have children who love me and want to be loved by me--and they're not even mine.

3. I am 100% positive about something.
