Actually, it wasn't me but a friend of mine at his daughter's wedding reception. Asked to go have the band play a request he went up and promptly forgot what the song was he was suppose to ask for. When he went back to check with his wife ... she told him.

Returning to the band leader he said, "Unforgettable!" The band leader almost fell off the stage laughing.
