I just saw on gasbuddy.com that the lowest price in Illinois is $2.39 a gal. It is down to $2.45 within 25 miles of me.

Was out of town for the weekend and in Waterloo/Cedar Falls/ Evansdale it was $2.15 and dropping

I read an article recently that essentially said we should expect volatility in the future and price swings of +/- $1 per gallon per year would become seemingly normal.

At anyrate it's still $2.65 here.

Swings indeed! The current good news is, supposedly, behind the global oil price fall. I wonder how long will it be before the other shoe drops?
