I'm intact and only one woman has made me cum with her mouth and she was also using her hands as well. I've given blow jobs to quite a few men, but cut and uncut, and found about the same either way. Some guys come really quick and others take a while. In my personal experirence it hasn't made a difference whether ther guys was cut or not.

I have heard that being uncircumsized means that the head is more sensitive but I'm uncut and have only been able to cum from head/handjob a few times and it has always taken an extremely long time. I love it though because it lets me go a long time and get her off more while in 69.

I agree that it depends on the individual. I'm sure that the man's age is a factor, too. The majority of my SO's were uncircumcized, and they took just as long or longer to come than my circumcized partners.
