WildIrish makes a good point but I'd argue that you sometimes find friends to take up your partner's "slack". No person can be everything to another, IMHO. For example, I am a news junkie and my guy doesn't know the difference between the Democrats and the Republicans. I have many political junkie friends for discussions on political affairs and the like.

That's probably not exactly what WI was getting at but it was my first thought when I read it.

I have different types of love and affection for all the people I fell are important to me~~~~~~but what I feel for Dm is a one only, all encompassing, mind blowing, satisfying love~~~~that I value with all my soul~~~~~~~~~~~wouldn't share that with anyone!

Love is a many splendor thing, to share love is to spread joy, love thy neighbor, peace on Earth and good will to all.

This is Deep ................... I give All of me and I expect the same. I guess that explains why I'm alone right now. I haven't found that one special person that knows how to be on equal ground with me. Oh well. :)
