From the general talk around school, from my brother's porn collection (Penthouse mostly), and from my first job (Engineer/Production Lead over about fifty women at a medical company that made products used during birth). Those woman would talk about everything and didn't care that I was even there! More than once I heard the "picked him up at the bar and fucked him like there was no tomorrow" story. Learned a lot from those women :)

Thanks for all of the responses. I'm fascinated by the subject of sexual knowledge and how we acquire it. I'm researching the subject and writing an article on the lack of sexual knowledge that many people have. I'll post the url of the article when I'm done, if anyone would like to read it. Thanks, again! :)

I would be very interested to read your work Michael.

My formal sex education was always a year or two behind what I had found out from the usual sources.

Where I think education has a problem is in bridging functional sexual reproduction to human sexual behaviour and finally personal sexual fulfillment and knowledge. The latter is where I have come back to at 38.

What SIZE is that report going to be Michael Smith? We need to know how it’s SIZE compares to the average report. What SIZE is the average report anyway?

;)

Like a sponge I sucked up all I could.........LMAO. Info that is from medical to perverted.

But the mind is a terrible thing to waste and I believe one should be as educated as possible.

Therefore I am always willing to learn something new ;) ;) :D

Not much from the parents, but boy the ideas you could get from alt.sex.stories back in the early 90s! :)

Mainly friends that were active and the guy that lived 2 blocks over and down the street's playboy mags . Mom told a little but only when asked and I didn't ask her too much, lol. Very very little in school, just the basic how the female body works was about it. And still exploring and reading and experimenting today, always learning something new :)

I learned most of the "facts of life" from a male cousin 6 years older than I, some from his sister 4 years older than I, and then from a platonic male friend when I was in my teens. He was the one who answered such questions as "how much comes out when a guy comes?" The only thing I learned in school was about menstrual periods, but the more important information about those--that I more than likely would be in for very regular but severe cramps each month and how to try to deal with them and that when you start unexpectedly and get blood on your clothes you use cold water, not hot, to get it out--I learned from my older sister, mom, and a female janitor in junior high school, who helped me when the latter happened to me at school.

The rest I've learned from experience and from reading. I'm a voracious reader and still read everything I can on the subject. For example, I'm always checking to see if anything new has been added to the thread about the perfect BJs here, and I visit sites such as The-Clitoris.com and Human Sexuality.

When it comes to this topic, my kids have been and are being raised VERY differently than I was.

Trial and error, books, magazines, movies, and listening to the woman's response. Also anything else I can learn from, It's all about pleasing the other person as well as yourself.:D :fly:
