We did it 2 per day when first married, but it has been down hill since. We have alot of stress in our lives, which doesn't help the mood. I keep telling her that sex is the best stress releaver that I know of, but hasn't help that much. Would love to get back to 2 per day again.

with ScarletAngel and I it really varries... sometimes we will do it 4-5 times in a 24 hour period and sometimes we go a few days without... with us it just is really whenever we are in the mood. All of these people saying they have sex 2 or 3 times a day. How do you find the time? Once a day seems like a blast, maybe twice a day - morning and night, but 3 times??? Wow!

I just read Hunters comment about being in your "prime". I totally agree! So many things contribute to your sexual desire and willingness. Being comfortable with yourself plays a huge part in your ability to enjoy and therefore your desire and need for sex. As I get older the quantity of sex may not increase greatly, but I am certain the quality will.
