Snow still falling, seems to be nearing the end, though. City closed the venue for the gaming convention I was otherwise going to today. Total snowfall seems to be in the $'-6" (10.4cm-15.2cm) range. Currently 31F/-1C, with a high expected of 32F/0C.

When we got up this morning (Sun), another 2 or 3" of new snow covered the ground. Now officially I heard they were saying only 6" of accumulation. Peoria unofficially has reported 11" and our town in casual confirmation is reporting 8" to 10". I've shoveled what hit our drive and it's certainly more than 6". Anyway, our current temp is 18F with mostly clear skies (10:20pm). Monday is suppose to reach 31F with cloudy skies. That should help get some of the streets that haven't been cleared … well … cleared. :)

Snow has stopped finally. In the end, we seem to have gotten 8-10" (20.3-25.4cm) of snowfall.


Still overcast here, current temperature of 31F/-1C, with a forecast high of 35F/1.7C.

And possibly more snow in the far-off days of...next weekend.

Anyway, it's 26F with mostly cloudy skies right now (2am) with an almost balmy 37F forecast for a high with cloudy skies. The joy, however, will not last. Turning colder after today.

Right now, 17F/-8.3C. "Mostly" sunny skies predicted for when the sun is out, with light winds, relative humidity 79%, only a 10% chance of precip, and a forecast high of 36F/2.2C.

Right now, 39F/3.9C, very close to the forecast high of 40F/4.4C. Not much wind or rain expected (10%) chance, but the snow melt is driving up the relative humidity at 80%. Heavy overcast, though.

10 minutes before midnight and the temperature is at 31F with cloudy skies. After midnight, around 1am, snow is suppose to start and continue until near 9am. No heavy accumulation is predicted although some slipper roads may become possible. High will be around 35F Thursday with mainly cloudy skies.

Current temperature 33F/1C, supposed to be bouncing up and down around that all day; Overcast skies, with snow showers likely in the afternoon, turning to 'light' snow overnight tonight/tomorrow. Likely only a dusting.

Current temperature 40F/4.4C, with overcast skies. More precip on the way, possibly rain changing to snow. Less than an inch accumulation, and that only on grassy areas; whatever fell on the walks and streets has melted already.

Currently, 38F/3.3C, giong up to a high of 37F/2.8C. Um...yeah, that's about right.

Completely overcast, with a 90% chance of rain this afternoon, and overnight, and into tomorrow. The high temperature is likely to persist through the rain period, so none of this precipitation is likely to be snow. Probably a good thing, as much as the people around here freak out out a couple of flakes.

13F with cloudy skies at 11:40pm (Sat) heading up to … you're kidding me … 13F with sunny skies today. In fairness, it is still suppose to drop to 7F tonight, so, from the low we will climb 6 degrees Sunday to reach the high. :confused:

31F/-1C at the moment; anytime now, the sudden temperature drop should hit: overnight low tonight is supposed to be down to 7F/-13.9C. Mostly sunny today, but with a wind advisory: current temperature "feels like" 24F/-4.4C.

At 11:30pm (Sun) it's -2F with mostly clear skies. It'll climb up to 19F with partly sunny skies.
