10:21am 76°F high of 80°F overcast with 10% chance of rain. Coastal flood advisory has been up all week cause of the hurricane, there is talk that it might still get us as a tropical storm but tracks I have been seeing show it going way west of us. Been having enough rain before the hurricane with areas north and west of us getting flooded out. My daughter wants to go clamming again before it gets cold and I have 3 containers of worms in the fridge that will die of we don't get to go fishing soon.

Here it is 10 minutes past midnight and still 71F with clear skies. Later today it'll reach 91F with sunny skies. But then … fall gets here. For at least a week highs will be in the 70s or high 60's with a chance of rain Tuesday and Wednesday. Not a bad forecast if holds true.

At 10:45pm on Thursday it's still 80F with clear skies. The forecasted high for Friday is only 77F :) with mostly cloudy skies. Still, the break in the heat will be welcome … Thursday was rather repressive. :(
