64F (11PM Tuesday) with partly cloudy skies. Later sunny with a high of 79F today. There is a chance of some early morning showers in the 4-6AM timeframe.

It's now 12:25AM and it looks from the weather maps like the rains are nearing the SE corner of Iowa (NE corner of Missouri). Means it's just under 140 miles southwest of us.

62F with mostly clear skies at 1AM going up to 82F today with mostly cloudy skies.

59F with mostly clear skies now (12:30AM) rising to 70F with mostly cloudy skies later. Chance of rain rises this morning from 10 to about 30-40% by 6AM and continues until about 3PM. Hope not, but, I guess we could use a little rain (although I'd rather have it wait and do so at night when we're sleeping or at least indoors. :shrug:

Unsettled weather continues around here: right now, heavy overcast, temperature 75F/23.9C, with a forecast high of 88F/31C. Only a 20% chance of rain overall during daylight, but 80% chance of rain overnight, and tomorrow's forecast high of only 67F/19.4C.

64F with mostly clear skies going up to 81F with partly sunny skies today. Sound's good to me. Looks like they've lowered the prospect of rain for today (about 30% chance by 4PM today) although a better chance that tomorrow may bring some. :)

Off and on showers and thunderstorms are predicted but the weather maps show the rain in scattered clusters so we could either sneak by without any rain or maybe get periodic showers (just enough to spot up that freshly washed car or something. :shrug: )

58F at 1:15AM with mostly clear skies turning sunny today with a high of 81F. Gotta mow the back lawn but probably won't get to until this afternoon. We've got a church function this morning and probably won't get home in time to cut it before lunch. Oh well. Might be a good way to burn off some calories after lunch. :D
