Correct PF, Grimm is only 9 months old. He is my search and recovery dog as well as personal protection. As he is personal protection and not an appresension dog he needs training in areas other than just what a K9 needs. We spend weekends at the river with children learning "just because its running and screaming we don't eat it" Those pics are from his first day in protection class. My helper/instructor was surprised at the transformation from the sweet puppy he played ball with for 45 minutes when we got there to a leaping snapping monster when Grimm saw him try to "attack" me. He even stayed and held the "attacker" while i ran 20 feet "to get my cell phone to call help" and when "help" arrived stopped the moment I called him. but he watched VERY closely as the "attacker" was marched away.

We even walked up to the "attacker" and shook hands and he petted the dog afterwards.

OF Grimm is a Belgian Malinois on this side of the pond but elsewhere they would call him a Belgian Tervuren.

I knew someone had mentioned "Malinois".

On the phone... not getting the answer I wanted.

I took a nap and then spent time picking up in our bedroom. Made quite a bit of progress if I do say so myself. :)

Damn. When I was young and tried to pick up in my bedroom, the girls were 3 blocks away at the pub.

Waiting.....waiting for sis and child to be occupied so I can stop by Pixies.........waiting for child's dad to drop money off........waiting to leave for Michigan......just waiting.

Went to Michigan and back in 4 days. Got half my stuff.

Work. Had to inject a box turtle with enrofloxacin today. Said turtle was unhappy with me. So, he bit me.
