Light rain with the temperature at 69F right now. It'll be heading up to 79F later with clearing and mostly sunny skies.

55F at 3:30AM getting up to 75F. This is beautiful weather. Just hope it stays this way until April or so of next year. :D

56F now getting up to 74F later today. Clear skies now with partly sunny during the day. Not bad. Not bad at all! :)
