Chatting with a friend that I haven't been able to in over a week because of the hurricane.

hmmmm... actually, I was smiling just fine until about an hour ago when I received a very unpleasant phone call.

A beautiful and loyal friend saved my life tonight by listenting to me and letting me just cry like a girl until my urge for life grew stronger than the pull toward death. Thank you dear Leah.

The sound of a wonderful man on the other end of my telephone and being able to cry with him. Thank you for being you Larry.

Discussing someone's spine tonight...and knowing that she will be OK regardless.

after cleaning the house today, sitting back and enjoying it.

The doctor's office calling telling me I need to have some blood work.....didn't make me smile really big, but just hoping!!!!

Bear with me while I share this....

Today my son, who is 12, and I were on our way home when I noticed two little boys in the van in front of me, they were about 4 or 5. The little boys started waving and we waved back. Then I took the little stuffed dog off of my dash (a gift from my son) and started dancing it around on the dash. The kids in the van were laughing so hard. We did this until they turned off waving bye....This brought such a big smile to my face :)
