1. I am so behind at work and feeling a little overwhelmed. Need to stay in the zone of emotional control.
2. Invited over to a friend's house today so they can 'show it off'. I'd really rather be somewhere else (see #1 above) but will go because it is the right thing to do.
3. I need to spend quality time with my wife and kids today and will do my best to do so gladly.

I only have a few patients today so exploring this site :)

1) Spent a very successful day in NYC on business.

3) I am being leered at while I type this. She's a bit skanky but it's kind of a turn on. More beer....

I bought a new purse. Nothing exciting but I needed something fresh.

I woke up at 9:30 and it felt sooooo damn good.

I am working on some ideas for my kids at school.

Went back to work this am, really early. UGH!! Least I will be home at night.

Wish job paid a bit more. :(

My brother used to home brew and made his own honey mead...along with a few other beer, even homemade rootbeer.

The solution's easy, so long as you can cope with long flat areas to run the bike and the occasional earthquake.

I prefer twisty mountain roads. Quakes don't bother me.

Your foot-rests last longer on the flat. LOL
