I was the bearer of bad news today.

Mr. Lil is making dinner which is rare.

I went to zumba and it is a good thing I have a massage scheduled after my field trip tomorrow.

Nothing drastic, we hope.

I told Aqua the shuttle will not be launching while he is in Florida. Which was the main reason he decided to make the trip.

Nah, I'm willing to bet money I don't have that you were the main reason the shuttle was just a convenient excuse to request the time off from work.

I waited 1.5 hours at the lab to pee and get poked. Aqua would have made me wait like <2 seconds.

I am going out tonight to see Chicago and then get some late night pizza.

Mr. Lil decided to wait til 9 days before Aqua arrives to begin replacing the doors inside our house when he has had the doors for about 8 years. I am trying to be grateful :D:D :whack:

Mr. Lil has chosen this week to replace the doors in our house. As fast as I get a room tidied, he starts snatching doors off their hinges and painting and such. It is great to be getting it done though.

My moronic cousin locked up the ac compressor on his car rendering it inoperable.

I did a little more work on my ranchero. I cut a couple of rotted through pieces out so that new steel can be tacked in it's place.

I burnt my finger on some hot metal when I was cutting out the sheet metal from the floor.

These past few days have been so nice.

Aqua and I would kill each other if we lived closer.

I have been smothered and covered :p

I'm up way too early today.

I have a dentist appointment.

I wonder if I could sleep while they're cleaning my teeth?

That's how I love my Waffle House hashbrowns Lil.

I had to work.

I have to do dishes.

I wonder if it's going to rain tomorrow........

I woke up next to a sexy woman.

I was treated to a wonderful and scenic boat ride.

The same sexy woman I woke up next to cooked me a fantastic dinner and soon we will have dessert. :)

A cheating incident has occurred at my school and I have spent a lot of time counseling my staff who were directly involved as witnesses. I feel sad they were put in that position.

The harder I work, the less tolerance I have for others' bullshit.

People got the news Friday that they will not be back next year and I feel sad for their families but completely agree that they had to go.

I struggle to parent my teenagers but other peoples' love me.

Don't worry Lil, eventually they'll realize you've been right all these years and appreciate what you've done for them.

I'm in complete agreement with LS on this.

My daughter is a teen that loves Lilith.

My stepchildren are quite fed up with their mother's BS and while part of me feels justified in that they see and recognize the role she played in the demise of our marriage (she'd have everyone believe it's all my fault), it does sadden me that they increasingly want nothing to do with her.

Kids are good at distancing themselves from toxic people, most of the time.

My fieldtrip was almost ruined again.

My hubby needs to have some surgery to remove some more invasive skin cancer.

I am going to go listen to the best french horn player in the world tonight.

Thanks. He will be just fine. I just have a friends whose husband is dying of skin cancer in his 30s so it came at a bad time for me to over-worry. Which just happens to be my most special talent. :p

Mr. Lil is grilling me some gorgeous steaks.

I spent a small fortune pampering myself today. Pedicure, manicure and waxing. I feel good but look damn near the same.

I finally tried on one of those cute maxi-dresses today and much as I feared I looked dumpy.

That must have cost as much as gas to drive 324 miles. :rolleyes:

1/ I'm back onto full hours at work next week, but all is not good in the arm department, it become increasingly unhappy with the increasing hours and duties that go with that. *sigh* I have to see how i go next week, if it becomes too much of a problem its back to the GP to get a review. Damn frustrating, i thought it was going ok, the extra duties have it back to painful *blah is what i say to it all*

2/ I went into the markets today to drop in some stuff, i went for a wander around, the wander passed 3hrs *L*...was only gonna be in and out. I did spot the most awesome piece of driftwood that i just had to have, and cheap as for its size and shape, i'm picking it up next week *L*

3/ I really need to clean out the 5ft, all wood removed and fully scrub it (major brown algae outbreak), will be also pulling out the gravel and replacing with white sand. Gonna wait until i have the new piece though as this is the tank it will be going into.

1/ Practice will make perfect right???
2/ I think I will go to Zumba to help me feel better.
3/ Going in to work today helped me to feel better about the end of the year.

It's beginning to be really hot during the day, as such I am perfectly sweaty from helping my father with some things around the house.

I will hopefully be getting my Anduril sword back by the 14th of June.

I don't think there is enough Kool Aid or water in the world to quench my thirst right now.
