1) It's chilly here in London but warmer than home is right now.
2) I toured Windsor Castle today. Very impressive.
3) I have a very difficult negotiation tomorrow and Friday before coming home.

I have been baking this weekend and am sooooo crazy that I believe I have outdone Nigella Lawson's Quadruple Chocolate Loaf Cake. I know, blasphemy.
I have a few NY strips soaking in red wine and garlic for dinner since tonight is our big Valentine's dinner. I'll be making roasted brussel sprouts, salad, and bread to accompany. For dessertmy guys will have pinacolada cake with a drunken glaze. I will do the chocolate cake with strawberries and fresh whipped cream.

Lil, can I be one of your guys tonight? I can be there asap. LOL.

Wife and I are going to lunch with two other couples in another hour and a half or so.

(Weather is pretty nice, so I'm considering what to do this afternoon. :) )

I wish the coworker that I've been taking in to work had told me BEFORE I left my house this morning that he was calling in sick.

If the previous thing had happened I would have ridden the motorcycle today.

I seriously have an itch to ride, so I might just do that this evening.

I think I kept a bit too much ice today.

I took 1/2 hour with extension and a hairdryer to get into my car.

Freezing rain when the temp is headed down fast is not the best.

I gave a workshop last night for parents on how to help their children be more socially successful in inclusion and mainstream opportunities and all my teacher friends came while only 2 parents came. Teachers are the problem. :rollseyes:

1. I started the paint touch-up in the kitchen today. It took me...5 months?...to be willing to pick up a paintbrush again after that one.

3. Way too much of my life is spent holding down the Boxer and telling her, "What do you have? Spit it out!"

I've had to do that last one with my niece a few times. LOL.

I wanna know if AZ's boxer listened.

It is freakin' payday finally! I am working on paying my tax bill so I am squirreling away what I can.

I have pms that is insane lately and think it is possible I am going through "the change." I hope whatever I change into is cuter than I am now :p

My garden is sparse.

I made spicy black beans to go with yellow rice, a fresh salad, ho'made beer bread, and some juicy sangria for dinner. I'm practicing dishes for when Aqua comes to see the rocket and me too.

1) A rare event: I fell asleep on the sofa for 3 hours, and no one bothered me.

2) I am tired of being cold and shoveling snow. This winter has really sucked.

3) I was hoping for a sexy e-mail today, but it didn't arrive.

I need more sleep.

Yesterday was a lot of fun and might just have soemthing to do with why I need more sleep.

I hope Lil wants to see my rocket when I'm in her neck of the woods. ;)
