Current Monopoly editions from Hasbro include the Disney edition, the America Special Edition, Pokemon Gold and Silver, the standard edition and the Deluxe edition.

USAopoly and Winning Moves are two of the official licencees of Monopoly, and have made boards such as the Coca-Cola Edition, the Peanuts edition, the Garfield 25th Anniversary edition, the Corvette edition, the Ford Mustang edition, the Ford centennial edition, boards for Chicago, Las Vegas, New England, New York City, San Diego and Utah.

The original board is based on Atlantic City, although Marven Gardens is misspelled, the B&O never serviced Atlantic City, and the Short Line was a bus company.

The board game Clue only goes by that name in North America. It was invented in England in 1944 and introduced to the US by Parker Brothers in 1949. In most of the rest of the world it's known as Cluedo (ludo is latin for "I Play").
In Brazil it's known as "Detetive."
