There's some really strange weather going on outside. It's about 34 degrees and it's raining to beat hell with lots of sleet mixed in. That's not that uncommon but there's also lots of thunder and lightning. Good thing it's not a little colder or we'd be getting hammered with snow. Just two days ago it was in the low 70's. If you love changes in the weather you can't beat Iowa.

We used to say in Ohio..."just wait a while and the weather will change."

I'm eating leftover Chinese food for lunch today...and thinking that I might have added too much ginger when I cooked it.

Another look out of my window and......... let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! Oh well, it had to happen sometime I guess. :shrug:

Just finished putting down a coat of Murphy's Oil Soap on my hardwood (floors not MY wood) and am patiently waiting for the Iowa game to start and my buddies to show up to eat my chili and drink my beer for a few hours. Can't beat football Saturdays! :cheers: :nana: :nana: :nana:

My mind is sort of drifting off thinking about tonight's episode of Iron Chef America on the Food Network. Two of my absolute favorites are on there tonight, Rachael Ray and Giada DeLaurentis. I guess I'm sort of hoping that they tear each other's clothes off and have a whipped cream fight followed by spanking each other with lasagna noodles or something. :molest:

I wonder, does it make me a pervert to have thoughts like that? :shrug:
