Starting off freaky for me already... anyone wanna just crawl in bed and pull the covers up and hide with me????

Are you superstitious?? or is today just Friday??

I'd have to say I'm a bit superstitious...but in the opposite direction :D. Since my birthday falls on the 13th of the month (October), I've always been partial to 13 wherever I find it. As a rule it's never been bad luck for me, except for 3 or4 years ago when the transmission went out on my van on Friday the 13th.

One really odd coincidence tho'.......my birthday fell on Friday the 13th in the year 2000! (well, it seemed weird at the time..;) )

I have always been very superstitious; must be my Pennsylvania Dutch/German background. And then, 11 years ago today (on a Friday no less) I had my daughter. She changed that perception for me, although I often wonder if she is possessed!

I am superstitiuos but in the opposite way...i break mirrors, spill salt walk under ladders and love friday the 13th....If you dont tempt fate once in a while you dont have any fun.

Well, crawling into bed and hiding with Lilith is an inviting thought...but it has nothing to do with the day or date...nothing really bad has ever happened to me on Fri 13 (at least not out of the ordinary) I think kinda like SS on this, except I think it's because my birthday is the 31st (13 reversed, see)...
BTW, did anyone notice Friday the 13th came on Tuesday last month? (God bless Walt Kelly & Pogo) ;)

Agree with you scotzoidman that climbing into bed with Lil would hardly make this an unlucky day. In fact, might just mean the opposite ... (hee hee)

13 has been my lucky number for ....years. In fact, when I play any sports, I have to have the number 13 or I won't play. In fact I think my wife is convinced that our daughter was conceived on the 13th. :)

I won't even bet on something;unless it concerns my own talent!
The only thing;that I have bet on;in years;is dragracing my motor-
cycle.In the 60s;in the service;I lost about $23 in a card game.
That was alot of money then.It bothered me; so much;that I played;every night;until I made that exact amount;back.I;haven't
bet;except;on racing;my bike since.Now;it's put the money up;to
be held by an independant person.If you miss a shift or anything;
you lost!No reruns.When;a few hundred dollars;is on the line;you make sure that you don't make a mistake.You'ld be suprised;how
many peoples mouths;get smaller;when they have to ride;at well
over;100MPH in the 1/4mile. Irish

Was my dad's Birthday...and yes! In 1927 he was indeed born on Friday the 13th...Or so he told us!...Said a lot about him too if you are of the notion that 13 is unlucky! Didn't have the heart to post on the 13th.......just had to make mention before it got too far away!
