Would someone be kind enough to shrink this pic down to avatar size for me? I can crop a picture to get unwanted background out, but I have no picture editing program that allows me to shrink a pic without changing how it looks.

hmmm, this looks really small to me....but it's 50 pixels high and with the same aspect ratio

i think a custom avatar is supposed to only be 50x50 pixels, but here it is a bit larger for you

Ah, I didn't know custom Avs had to be smaller than some of the Pixies selected Avs. Good to know! ;)
