Very few things sexier, always assuming that right number of buttons are undone (i.e. shirt, but no tie and top three buttons open).
It is something about the way a shirt gapes and closes that offers glimpses of hidden treasures which make it so sexy to me.

I think women look positively sexy in a man's button down shirt, t-shirt, or flannel shirt especially the way it drapes over a woman. If a lady met me at the door wearing only a button down and a smile i'd have to take her right there.
