Breaks up are really hard to go through....I am sorry (((Icp)))...Might be early to say this..but things will look up for you...just takes some time...and some good friends to cheer you up!

ICP i am here if u need me just ask i passed a similar stage a couple of months ago and i did meditation
i know it sounds weird but give it a try if u need help on that i consider myself real good in it
