Just be sure you actually talk to her! Let her know it's virtually impossible to pee at the point of orgasm. It sounds like you may be on the right track if you take attention off her clit once she's "too sensitive". Is her "too sensitivity" the "need to pee" feeling? Ask her. A good rule of thumb is to pee before you start for the night. If you have an empty bladder than you know you do not actually have to pee. :)
