How do ratings happen???

I noticed that in each of the SEX TALK categories there is a rating column. ;)

It seems only a very few threads have a rating.:)

I was just wondering HOW and WHO did the rating???:confused:

coz if u scroll down to the bottom u see a rate this thread box where u select out of 5...5 being the best.. :)
