While going through pic that are long over due to be posted I came upon a couple taken a few years ago and never got posted. Seeing that Oz is in the depth of winter right now ( :roflmao: ) it's the right time time to ask 'What is it?'
This is in a small town about 30 miles east of Cleveland in the fall.

What is it?

Yep! Spot on again Bibi.

I did want to see if any of the downunder folk would figure it out, especially that one that cries about her cold winter. I know her car looks like this when she leaves from work. I think we need to all chip in and send her a good snow brush. ;)

I thought that it may be to locate the hydrant, or someone's attached it as a quirky house marker.

BIBI, probably your snow is not polluted and fire-prone as your southern neighbours.

You have to prime a house, jay-t?

You always prime before you paint. Then you clear coat.

First time I saw it, I thought it was some kind of "dog clobberer", but I stopped to look at it and figured it out. Smart idea. I bet the guy that thought of it is a millionaire now. lol

I don't see why you couldn't. Might make it last longer.
