Sheesh, I log on and have a PM from one of my favorite Pixies wishing me a happy birthday. :cake: That was over a month ago! :hair:

There really is no excuse for ignoring all you amazing people for this long, so I think Lilith best get to punishing me. You know what I like, right Lil? :spank: :cuffs: :bite:

I have been very busy trying to figure out what to do with myself....career wise. Took some online courses, had a few interviews, and did a bunch of soul searching on exactly what I want now that I'm a freaking middle aged woman.

Well two days ago I got the call that I had passed my three interviews and the stupid psyche test, and I landed the job working as a furniture salesperson. It is the nicest furniture store in my smallish town and a major company here in the South.

I'm very excited and nervous. I know retail and I know people, but I've never done sales like this and certainly not for commisson.

Well wishes and advice are much needed and would be very welcomed.

I'll try to check back in much more frequently. :car:

Thanks everyone! For the first time in my life, I had to take a drug test. I just assume it would be through a urine sample so I made sure to drink enough that I REALLY had to go. She told me it was through a cheek swab and that I shouldn't have drank anything for 30 minutes. As I waited, I used the ladies room. :rolleyes2
