China Central Television set the take-off of the Tiangong-1 space launch to "America the Beautiful (http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2011/sep/30/china-launch-america-the-beautiful)".

Isn't the music an older hymn, just as the Star Spangled Banner took it's melody from "To Anacreon in Heaven"?
The music perfectly fitted the animation.

Perhaps those who enjoyed the irony of the Communist Chinese high tech space endeavors being set to the nineteenth century tune of a Christian hymn, in contrast to the rather larger group of people who associate the music with “America the Beautiful” and who thereby enjoyed the irony of the doubtless unintentional praise of the U.S. by an up and coming contender, would agree with you.
