It's a book by Elizabeth Moon.

Isn't dark the absence of light, thus not qualifiably measurable? Dark exists where there is no light, so I gues one could define it's "speed" as being inversely proportional to the speed at which light arrives.

I would say that dark travels at the same speed of light and that the wave lengths are complete opposite.

I think dark just stands still and the rest of us just fumble around in the dark.

If you have to fumble you need practice. So I'm going to take a wild guess and say we all need lots and lots of practice. Ladies?! We need help finding our way in the dark. Any volunteers?

Mrs. WI would be glad to volunteer.

To fill the room with furniture. :roflmao:

That would probably only happen if you fell on your ass. Don't feel bad, that's every guy.

The speed of dark is a real thing, it's the rate at which light flees the darkness.
