On Monday, we found out my mother-in-law (hubby's step mom) found out her cancer is back...she just completed 6 mos of Chemo in April or May and they've now found 5 new lesions on her...Then Wednesday night, we got a phone call that my father-in-law(hubby's biological dad) had a heart attack. And today, I got a phone call at work telling me my Grandfather had a heart attack this morning! I've been one torn up emotional wreck today and I'm exhausted!!!!!

My family went through something similar several years ago. My condolences on your troubles. Things will get brighter eventually.

You have to STOP ANSWERING THE DAMN PHONE! :hair:
That is enough to make you want to flush the thing. :( Since you have concentrated all this in one place, it will be easier to direct ALL my thoughts towards you.

My Papa is stable...kind of. His BP is pretty low. But that's partly from the meds they've had him on in CCU. Found out that when he got to the fire hall yesterday (he drove to the nearest fire hall because he was out driving around looking for yard sales) his BP was only 40/0! If he had been 5-10 mins later getting there to get help, he would have died. The firemen/EMTs on duty at the fire hall saved his life!!!

Thanks SO much guys! I really needed all the love and support and thoughts and prayers! My Papa is doing fine. He went home the Saturday after all that. My Father-in-law that Friday. Papa's supposed to be taking it easy, but he's giving orders as well as always!
MUCHO love to my Pixie's family!!

So far, So good... I told my family NO ONE else is allowed to have a major health crisis this year!
Now if they'll just listen. :)

There are plenty of shoulders here if you need them. Just thought I'd remind you.

Glad to hear the worst of the crisis appears to be over. We'll keep up our prayers, ShadowDancer, that recovery continues to go well.
