Spill. I want to know what you think is important enough to change in the coming year.
Here is my short list.
1) eat more goat cheese
2) write something other than smutt
3) take control over my career path
How about you?????

I'm going to try and drop my weight to 190ish. Right now I'm at 210(give or take) and some friends of mine and I have already joined a gym.

Goat cheese??????
Well, that's not on my list ...
1. Keep off most of the weight I lost this past year plus.
2. Try to become a more patient person.
3. Stay in better touch with people we know.

To keep form breaking last years resolution of not making any resolutions I'm not making any.
I'm also thinking about giving up religion for Lent.
My resolution this year is to be more diligent in calling my friends. Especially when it comes down to returning calls.
1. Get to my goal weight....or within the vicinity at least.
2. Learn to use my new crock pot.....for healthy eating of course. ;)
3. Get my kid settled in her own apartment by June
4. Have a whole lot more sex once #3 is accomplished. :brows:
5. Get promoted and take over the world....or at least my little cup of java portion of it.
6. Find out what goat cheese taste like. :D

I can see the goat cheese,it's so yummy....But why would you want to write something other than smut? As for me, loose a couple of lbs, Pay more attn. to my business, maybe write a couple of smutty stories involving goat cheese. :)

I have two official new year's resolutions:
1. Floss daily
2. Complete the AIDS LifeCycle ride from SF to LA on June 6-12th (about 470 miles)
This is the year I am going to focus on making myself happy and healthy, and stop worrying about everyone else, and all the stuff I am not going to be able to change. So far, it's February and it's working :)

I was just wondering, since we've just entered the sixth month of the year....How many have kept their new years resolutions? I found out after posting mine, that I actually weighed in closer to 220, but have since dropped down to 210. I cut back on how much sweets I eat, and how much I eat at dinner, but still eat whatever I want and work out the gym I joined two or three times a week (or try to anyway).

I'm still working on them. Biggest disappointment is putting back on maybe 10-15 pounds after completing the chemo. But, I still have hopes. ;)

From what I understand chemo wreaks havoc on the body and you probably lost a ton of weight while on it.

Yep, between the surgery and chemo, about 60 pounds ... so i'm still down 45 or so and that's not too bad.

I'm at about 60% on the flossing angle.
I DID complete the AIDS LifeCycle and bicycled from San Francisco to Los Angeles earlier this month. It was 550 miles over 7 days, and I had an awesome time. Thus, objective #2 was met.
