I want to whish all our Pixie ladies a very happy UnSweetest day. :lurv:
This past weekend had a supposed special day for us to state our gratitude for the wonderful women in our world. I have to admit I was pleased NOT to see a thread proclaiming our appreciation for all the joy you ladies bring to us all the time. Not because I don't share that awareness or admiration, but because that happens to be the one day dedicated to you that does NOT come from thankfulness or recognition such as Valentine's Day or Mothers Day. It is the one scheduled holiday that was not just commercialized on top of, but was conceived and born from commercial intent alone. My understanding is the greeting card and florist industry was the spawner of this event and for that reason alone I feel coerced in expressing the gratitude I have ever day for you. I want to say thank you for being here, not for you to be here because we were forced to say thank you.
So!....................... I want to say how much we love you and are pleased you are in our lives every day, and want to make a thread we can come back to on any day throughout the year to say how much you mean to us every day.
