Hi guys,

it's beena while, I know.

Still with the lovely Mr Honey Bee (2 years now) & on Friday we had our first 3sum with one of his male friends.

Ever since I've had seriously bad pain in my stomack muscles - similar to the pain I feel the day after doing loads of tummy crunches at the gym, cept its right in the middle, from my pubic bone to just under my boobs. At first the pain was a continuous dull ache, which gradually became worse. Then it didn't hurt all the time, I'd feel waves of quite intense pain that would pass quickly.

I'm just worried I've broken something, you know?

It seems a fair idea to me, I hope to you also, try searching out a sex savvy OBGYN specialist as a follow through to your 1st 3three way. If you engaged both men as in double penetration you may have stretched something that might not have wanted to be stretched. Although your body is ultimately capable of handling just about any sexual foray with relative ease, you may have gone to a place before your body was ready and/or acclimated to such a specific activity. As long as there is no bleeding (none whatsoever) then you probably don't have an emergency. Moderate bruising could be the cause of your discomfort. It happened to me. I'm an anal sex lover (I tell myself that) and a couple of times I've hurt inside after all night fucking. I just love to feel that rod slamming into me. The next day or two my insides are tender and I must be really careful in my moving about. Our intestinal tract is exceptionally sensitive to being rearranged. It won't give permission and screams out in resistant achings when we do.

My own advice will be to think about the night of the 3some and try to remember if there were any positions were you might have been tightening the muscles in your abdomen (like you would doing crunches), even if you weren't in the crunch position. You might have been tensing up without realizing it.

It sounds muscular to me, and not so much a matter of what went in where but the positions you were in and the duration of them. Also, how much 'work' you could have been doing!
A break from strenuous activity sounds like a good plan, if it's still sore (the same level of pain) after a few days you should see a doctor about it.
