a few times i was pissed off and broke the rules about never taking a disagreement toward the bedroom. a couple times i was sick with flu. once i had kidney stones. once i was all self righteous and filled with bullshit indignation. other than that, i'm male and there really is no reason, only lame excuses and selfish shit. i've really grown up much more and matured quite a bit since. :cboy:

The surgeries I've had definitely put the brakes on while I was still healing and sometimes colds have had a similar effect for short periods of time.

I went through a period of abstaining from any sexual contact after breaking off an abusive D/s relationship a few years ago. I was naive, and did not know how to see through her quiet words of "comfort". I have also gone through one or two (thankfully) brief episodes since for other reasons such as illness. Moving here was a bit rough...

I do not prefer it, (abstaining) and avoid it.

My reasons were that I didn't like the person I was with. Even though I wasn't allowed to masturbate I still didn't want to have sex with her. Unfortunately the majority of our sex acts were boring, with us both on our backs and reaching across one another to bring off the orgasm. I never knew that there was such thing as "Vanilla Lesbian." She would cry that sex was the only way she could feel that our relationship was still close. It took me about 7 years to realize that relationship wasn't healthy, and now it's permanent famine for her at least as far as I'm concerned. Although Lord Snow hasn't complained too much!
